Job Description
As an FPGA Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing systems that meet the innovative and eco-conscious needs of our clients. Your role will involve a blend of technical prowess, creativity, and a deep understanding of FPGA design tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop FPGA-based systems using HDLs like Verilog/VHDL.
- Simulate HDL using tools such as Modelsim.
- Work with FPGA design tools and understand the software side of design engineering.
- Participate in the entire engineering process, from planning to completion.
- Engage in creative thinking to find innovative solutions in FPGA design.
- Implement and understand microarchitecture design.
- Apply advanced mathematical concepts in developing hardware systems.
- Utilize scripting languages like Python, TCL, and Unix Shell for automation.
- Maintain attention to detail in complex systems and small parts.
- Apply problem-solving skills in system design and troubleshooting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HDLs like Verilog/VHDL.
- Experience with simulation of HDL using tools like Modelsim.
- Strong knowledge of FPGA design tools and engineering processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with microarchitecture design.
- Solid understanding of mathematics applicable to FPGA design.
- Experience in scripting and coding for FPGA processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges innovatively.
